Landlord and tenant representation services are commission-based, and planning and management services are offered on an hourly or per project basis.

Tom has over 20 years of experience in facilities and property management for commercial real estate holdings and has been a licensed Texas broker for over 17 years. His broad experience includes a focus on retail shopping centers and their unique marketing requirements for sales, as well as leasing and finish-out projects, both from the landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.

Veronica has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate services arena. Ms. Law has worked with all types of clients, including private business, non-profit organizations and public utilities. Her law degree and practical experience as a commercial real estate attorney enable her to service VCL's clients with an extra level of sophistication.
